Keeping Up with the Sorensen's!

Okay, so Ive been really bad about blogging lately, so it has piled up! Here goes nothing!

Brian's Timpview girls swim team was asked to come to the Provo School Board meeting about two weeks ago to be recognized for their state championship! It was neat to see that the community really recognizes them as state champions. Brian presented the Principal of Timpview with the trophy and the board gave him a gift card to Mimi's Cafe. Not sure how much it is for, but we are saving it for a rainy day! Congrats, Brian!

Corrie and Eloy blessed baby Soren at the beginning of the month. He is such a sweet baby! He is getting to be quite the chunky one! Brad's family was there as well and we tried to attempt to get the kids all together. Of course, the younger ones were a pill to keep still! (L-R: Parker, Lexi, Abbey (with Soren), Meg, Austin, Drew, Elora and Natty)

What a cutie boy!

We went to Famous Dave's one night for dinner (our favorite BBQ place here in SL) and I was very surprised to see Austin chowing down on the corn! I had no idea how much he loves corn on the cobb!

A very cute boy. Just a little trouble maker, thats all!

Mmmm...corn!

An update on Drew's soccer: well, he has been going to games, but he is not the soccer player I once had hopes for! He actually whines and cries the whole time. He doesnt like to go out there and play. He just sits and complains the whole time. Very frustrating.

Dont be fooled, this only lasted for about a split second before he was done!

He does like his friends though. Get him on the sidelines and he is fine!

He did play goalie one time. As soon as the other team scored on him, he ran off crying saying that he hates soccer.

Welcome back - been waiting for an update post... Just the other day Katrina was asking if she could play with Drew. I had to tell her that you moved, but hey, if you ever get down this way for a get together with friends down here, and you want to drop drew off to lay for a couple hours - let me know...
