Our Trip So Far

Its been almost a week since we have been here and we have had a good time!

On Thursday Pops took Drew down to the "crick" while Austin was taking a nap with Mommy. He just loves to poke at stuff and look at bugs!

On Friday we went to downtown McKinney for lunch and walked around and looked at the shops. They arent really shops that you take two little boys in, so we mostly did window looking.

Yesterday, Saturday, we went to the park and had a picnic and tried to fly our kite we got at Target. Drew was really excited to fly it but when we finally got out there he threw a fit because it wasnt flying right or something! I had to sit him in time out for a minute to let him reset and the rest of the afternoon was fun. We had Quizno's for lunch and played on the playground for hours! There were so many people there and there were a lot of soccer games going on and Drew wanted to be "big and strong" so he could play on a team! Maybe next year!

And today, Sunday, we went to Chuck E Cheese with Jenea. Drew was really excited all day to go and couldnt wait for her to be here. My hands were full the whole time at the place, so I decided to snap some "after" pictures of Drew when we got home. He just wanted to show Daddy (who is in Phoenix) his "booty". Also note that he got some candy that he immediately ate when he got home. I also wanted to try to get a picture of the boys in their matching shirts, but it didnt work so hot because Drew was afraid that Austin would get his new car (no longer in the picture).
